Beautiful small boutique hotel in a fabulous area in Southport within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. The room was small but very well-appointed, beautiful finishings, very comfortable bed. Communal kitchen is very convenient for making breakfasts and warming takeaways etc. We loved it so much that we stayed here again, twice more, during our roadtrip when we ended up back in Southport. Most importantly, Amanda who runs the place is extremely hospitable and goes out of her way to make sure guests are comfortable.

Great location, Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, toiletries provided. Light, airy & fresh. Quality bedding and towels. Great communication and check in instructions. Will def stay again. 😃👍

Very clean and well presented room, staff very helpful and friendly, good location in easy reach of Town, parking a little tight, but roadside parking available in the next street. The only downside bathroom a little small, but this would not prevent me booking again.

We had a lovely stay at Lynwood House! It has a great location and is easily reachable by train. The room was very nice and clean and so was the bathroom! There is a very nice Hangout Room and a Self Service Kitchen that we benefited from lots. Those very also very clean and comfortable! We definitely recommend a stay at Lynwood House!
